Exopolitics: Let the Buyer Beware

The newcomer to Exopolitics and the UFO/ET field in general should carry with them all their abilities of discernment they can muster. Our field is no different than any other field with all the pitfalls, traps, snares and poison bait set out by the unscrupulous to catch and victimize the foolish and the unwary. A recent article by my leftist friend and exopolitician Alfred Webre in the Examiner, that I understand has a wide public circulation, has once again stimulated me to provide a warning to my readers.
www.examiner.com. I think we have yet another major disinformation operation to contend with in the UFO/ET community following on the heels of past operations like Serpo. I watched closely on the Internet as retired Air Force Captain Robert Collins released sensitive classified core story information regarding Serpo in his book, Exempt From Disclosure.

It was not long before a string of Serpo stories were being distributed on the Internet to obfuscate and confuse the core story. Bob was attacked vigorously on the Internet by the DIA 6 promoting this disinformation when Bob correctly pointed out that this was disinformation and that many people were being duped in regard to Serpo. Now I have to wonder what is the reason for this new disinformation unwittingly being promoted so vigorously by Alfred Webre, what core story here is being obfuscated and confused?

I would like to give the newcomer to exopolitics a few pointers that may save them a lot of grief latter on as they pursue the truth about UFO/ET. Its always better if a person knows enough to be able to tell bad advice from good advice and so is able to avoid learning from the school of hard knocks. Unfortunately for most of us we can not discern the difference and so we have to learn things the hard way through much suffering.

The first thing to realize about correctly evaluating witness and whistle-blower testimony is that the UFO-Cover-up could not have been maintained for 60 years without effective security procedures in place to plug leaks of classified information leaking out into the public domain. What happens is that a little information leaks out into the public domain and this is picked up by very well resourced intelligence networks in the UFO community and the plumbers go to work on the person leaking the classified information. Whistle-blowers are threatened under regulation JNAP-146 that threatens fines and jail time for those leaking classified information as well as other security laws. The most effective threat is loss of pension. Any evidence or documentation can be confiscated with material seizure warrants.

Because of the stringent security procedures, usually only bits and pieces of real information leak out into the public domain over time. Real information that does manage to leak out and get past the initial suppressive security procedures and gains significant attention from the public triggers a second security perimeter. This consists of confusing and obfuscating the real information with loud public copious amounts of disinformation and propaganda inserted into the public domain through the media. It is at this point that the public and even seasoned UFO/ET investigators get tripped up and are mislead, usually first those with a liberal open minded perspective and then later the conservatives.

The seasoned counter-intelligence agent understands the vulnerabilities of human nature and exploits these vulnerabilities to mislead both the UFO investigator and the public. It is well to understand how propaganda and disinformation works. In the UFO community as well as elsewhere there are basically two kinds of people. Those that are more trusting and open and those that are less trusting and skeptical. This breaks down in our political system to liberals vs conservatives and the clever political operative knows how to manipulate both mindsets to his-her political advantage. A good storyteller hypnotizes the audience and can use storytelling to enlighten or to victimize the audience. In the UFO/ET field the disinformation operative first plays on the vulnerabilities of the liberal by carefully crafting a story that has some basis in fact and in liberal belief in order to capture the attention of the intended victim. The operative then takes advantage of the liberals trusting nature and open mind to gradually move the victim into accepting fiction as fact creating a induced psychosis. At this point in the scam the operator is very aware that it is a basic of human nature that once a belief gets fixed in the mind of a victim the victim will hold tightly to that false belief and even defend it vigorously even in the face of evidence to the contrary. Then what happens is that the conservative sees how gullible the liberal is and not realizing their own conservative vulnerabilities throw up their hands roll their eyes and fall further into denial in regards to UFO/ET. To make things even worse the conservative attacks the liberal and the chaos and confusion may even be stoked on both sides by the propagandist to keep it going. Even a person like myself who understands this deceptive game ends up wasting time warning of these dangers when I really should be concentrating on more important matters.

In this new suspected disinformation case all the person has to do is look closely at the so called "scientific" paper being promoted as historic by the author Andrew Basiago. exopolitics.blogs.com/files/mars The liberal-leftist looks at the NASA photograph and not being able to see all the aliens and creatures that the author is seeing then thinks that it must be that they that are deficient and come up with really far out explanations to justify the article. A liberal lefist friend just did this exact same thing, and like Alfred is already swallowing much of the poision bait already. :-)

On the other hand the conservative looks at the picture and basically sees a ink blot with the author projecting his imagination onto the photograph. The conservative laughs as how the silly liberal leftists can be so fooled and soon controversy and chaos reign with the disinformation operative sitting back and laughing at how easily tricked both parties are. Instead of fighting each other liberals and conservatives should both study closely the back ground of the storyteller for clues as to their real motives and agenda.

Integration Into Extraterrestrial Reality

While the general public remains confused, propagandized and in denial in regards to extraterrestrial reality, it has become obvious to me that the extraterrestrial assimilation and integration process has been growing rapidly the past 60 years. Obviously most of this integration has been going on in secret and out of the public eye without adequate public oversight, transparency and safeguards.

Anybody who wants to seriously look at the evidence will find plenty of cases referring to hybrids integrating into government, secret meetings and treaties with extraterrestrials, direct human ET infiltration etc. I have tried to cover this in many of my blog articles over the years.

Elaine Douglass wrote a good article in the Journal of Abduction Research about a whistle blower who saw a hybrid running an employment desk at the CIA. A contact of mine going by the screen name Infotech was taken to a CIA building where there were people running about that did not look quite human. Britain's Councilor Hicks http://www.councillorhicks.co.uk/ apparently met a hybrid on the street. This evidence is just too much to ignore.

A friend's source that claims family connections to MJ 12 had this to say, "There is rumor of grey/human hybrids. I have seen video and pics, but have never met one. Sad, but the video of the hybrid that I saw was, well, kinda cute ( it was a female). Very thin with almost Asian features and long dark hair, grey eyes and a small face. If you saw her on the street, you would think that she was a young Asian schoolgirl who didn't eat much! Scary!!"

Recently Secretary of State Hilliary Clinton admonished the Chinese involved in Internet censorship that obstructing the free flow of information in society is a very damaging and destructive thing and I completely agree. The problem is that it has been the U.S. that has dropped the information curtain on humanity by creating and directing the global UFO/ET cover-up the past sixty years. This is just one more case of the U.S. talking the talk but not walking the walk in regards to human civil liberties and freedoms!

Our situation in relation to extraterrestrial reality is no different from that of a farmer in an isolated region who has little contact with global society. In spite of his isolation, his survival, mental and emotional state is greatly influenced by global crop, fuel and fertilizer prices. If the farmer does not have access to this global information and knows how to use it to his advantage, his ability to make a living is severely compromised along with his mental and emotional health. Even Clinton in her speech supporting Internet information flow made comments in this regard.

With the extraterrestrial information being so limited to such a select few, no wonder that such serious mistakes have and are being made as we integrate into extraterrestrial reality. These secret errors and blunders not only put the whole human race as risk of exploitation and colonization by extraterrestrial colonial powers, but they threaten all life on earth from environmental degradation through human overpopulation and continued reliance on fossil fuels.

For those of us that have taken the trouble to become informed, the question is how can we speed up this process of integration and make the process more beneficial for the whole of humanity in the long run. It's clear that so far much of the integration process benefits only a small powerful minority of economic, political and military elite.

The first step toward rescuing ourselves from this approaching pending disaster is to end the UFO/ET cover-up quickly. Then and only then can we collectively work together to address extraterrestrial reality in a positive and beneficial way that maintains our collective independence, sovereignty and human rights and liberties.

The elite's selfish, greedy, fearful shortsighted approach seems to be based on maintaining predatory control over the masses of humanity. This natural competitive predatory process has become ever more extreme so that it now threatens humanities very existence including the predatory elites responsible or this deplorable situation. When the rabbit population in Alaska crashes, the fox and lynx population crashes soon after. What a mess!

We all know that the laws of physics apply across the universe not just here on earth and it's the same for natural evolutionary laws. I realize its a big step for people to understand, but even we and the extraterrestrials are a product of our environment and are subject to natural law. The most important concept that we must understand in this case is that nature supports those species no matter how advanced, that can most correctly balance competition and cooperation in the quest for new resources and environmental niches.

I believe many people in the UFO/ET community and in exopolitics have a very erroneous perception of the various extraterrestrial species and civilizations, believing them to be either evil or out to save us from ourselves. The reality is that every species across the universe looks out for itself first and foremost. It is true that some species are more predatory and very threatening to us while there are other more cooperative-competitive species that are smart enough to proceed with a win-win approach to extraterrestrial behavior rather than a win-loose approach. Fortunately for us we seem to be under a Nordic colonial protectorate that keeps other more predatory races like the Reptilians and Grays from colonizing and exploiting us too badly.

My friends source claiming MJ 12 family connections has this to say. "The base on Mars is the other end of the wormhole. They don't like to send people through it though. The source continues, "Nordic society is well, Nordic society. Imagine what the Vikings would have become had they not been hit by the black death and the dark ages. No, they spoke to me, although I am sure they are telepathic, they preferred to speak to me. They enjoy being around 'people of their kind', that is well, folks from a Scandinavian or European background. Simple logic there I guess.

Some of their ships are huge, being over 300 meters in length. Never been on one, but would sure like to. The Nordics appear to be galactic babysitters. But since most people are in denial, they ignore most people. Folks that are multilingual, real well trained in any field of the military or sciences, can expect a visit. Hell, they may visited you, and you didn't know it!! Not all of them are tall. the ones I have seen look quite normal and varied from human standards, although I have never seen a fat one! LOL "

I believe we should cultivate alliances with those that favor win-win approaches to extraterrestrial relations and avoid becoming entangled in relationships with more self centered predatory species even if there may be benefits in the short run being used to bait us with technological trinkets like the Greys seem to do. We should not even be involving ourselves with the Greys in my estimation.

My friends source had this to say on this subject I have been writing about in several articles about extraterrestrial conflicts and warfare. "The Nordics and the Greys had an alliance which fell apart at this same time. The Nordics, who can be quite warlike when they want to be, opened up a can of whoopass on the Greys, and the war cost the Greys a lot of ground.

The Grey's were apparently using the Nordics for their own purposes, and the Nordics were not amused. The US/EU/UN still works with the Greys, so we all know where this going to end. It would appear that the Nordics and their friends are the only allies we have out there. The rest want us as slave labor,breeding material, or food. Yes there are aliens that eat people. If a species, society or civilization becomes too internally competitive and factional, it can self destruct internally. If a individual or society is too outwardly competitive it will exhaust itself internally and collapse outwardly through excessive conflicts and wars with its neighbors. On the other hand if a species becomes too cooperative inwardly and outwardly, this can lead to complacently and so much self sacrifice that the species becomes vulnerable to violent externally competitive forces. We need both our violent and peaceful aspects of ourselves in order to survive in the foreseeable future. Both the ET hawks and doves need to quit fighting each other and come to the understanding that there is a place for both viewpoints.

In observing nature we can see that the human race has walked a very fine line between cooperation and competition the past 100,000 years. This balance has allowed us to become the top predator on the planet to the extent that we have wiped out other natural competitors and even other species of homo. Now that we have made it to the top of the food chain on earth we still fight and prey upon each other even while we also cooperate amongst ourselves to hone our competitive- cooperation skills in order to stay on top.

In the 1940's the military, economic, scientific and political elite suddenly realized that the competitive-cooperative playing field was suddenly much larger than anybody had realized or imagined. We were no longer at the top of the food chain but quite low on the food chain in regards to extraterrestrial reality. These leaders first reacted in fear and then later in greed as it could be seen that much power and profit could be had from secret exploitation of extraterrestrial realities and resources.

This has been a very dangerous, myopic and short sighted approach to integration into extraterrestrial reality. This approach has put us all at risk not just from secret internal predation from our own kind, but also from external predation from other more technically advanced extraterrestrial species in the galactic neighborhood.

In order to adequately fend for ourselves and maintain our independence, freedoms and liberties, we as a collective whole have to cooperate together to understand our collective situation and how to proceed to our advantage. We cannot do this while working in excessive secrecy and competitive cross purposes amongst ourselves. We must move the balance to more cooperation else we be conquered, enslaved, even destroyed and supplanted by extraterrestrial species more adaptable and balanced according to natural law.

This is the fundamental reason why disclosure must happen quickly and in a positive manner so that we can get back in control over our extraterrestrial situation. As a civilization we can't play politics, cooperate and compete with other extraterrestrial players adequately if we all are not individually and collectively informed and consciously included in the process of assimilation into extraterrestrial reality.

Intel Wars 1 (Sacrificial RAM)

I have been remiss of late for not having paid enough attention to the latest upheaval and uproar amongst the UFO/ET intelligence professionals associated with the Ron Pandolfi http://www.colinandrews.net/CIA-Pandolfii-XFile.html and Jack Sarfatti group. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jack_Sarfatti These rogues have been at it again big time with their undisputed Spy In Chief, Ronald Pandolfi. Once again Ron has instigated a ruckus as part of a continuing high stakes game of political UFO/ET Washington gamesmanship, that I believe leads right up into the halls of Congress!

For you neophyte readers still in kindergarten and not having read prior articles of mine RAM is directed by a old Nixon era counterintelligence agent rumored to have been the Umbrella Man in the Kennedy Assassination. Gorden Novel http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gordon_Novel is no lightweight to intelligence games. RAM since as its inception has focused on developing an Alien Reproduction Vehicle (ARV) based on key patents that the Cartel seems to failed to apply for and RAM applied for and received. RAM could be a real headache for the Corporate Cartel http://exopolitics.blogspot.com/2009/02/understanding-alien-resource-corporate.html in the future costing it huge sums of money in litigation. RAM could be a very important asset and chip for any politicians trying to reign in the Cartel corporations that have been almost totally outside the law and constitution for decades since the MJ 12 purges and privatization of the Nixon administration.

Gordon also claims that RAM has just put a very important UFO/ET movie disclosure script on Steven Spielberg's desk. With fame and fortune and millions even billions of dollars in sight it appears all is being swept away and Gordon may soon find himself homeless living under a bridge with only his trusted blackberry in tow. :-) What the CIA gives it seems it can take away! At least that is the appearance being projected. As we know appearances can be deceiving.

Folks should keep in mind that there is historical precedence here and it would be a good time to remember James Black especially because John Alexander http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_B._Alexander has been in regular contact with Gorden and has become quite friendly with Gordon. James Black was an inventor that formed a company to get these same kinds of technologies out into the public domain. He was befriended by John Alexander who once he had infiltrated James's group promptly blew it up. http://exopolitics.blogspot.com/2005/04/who-was-james-black.html Lets hope that Gorden comes out of this in better shape than James. :-)

A couple of weeks before James was to file a lawsuit against John Alexander, LANL, the American and Canadian governments he was found dead in his hotel room. Being that Gordon is threatening to sue for 30 billion dollars I am beginning to feel a sense of Deja Vu. I wonder if Alexander is thinking that he too has been double crossed by Ron for not blowing up RAM long ago. :-) One angle would be that this ruckus is to give the appearance of blowing up RAM in order to placate John, MJ 12 and the Cartel.

An even more interesting speculation has been made by Dan Smith that Ron is deliberately creating this ruckus and focusing the attention on himself and away from his political handlers in order to have Gorden throw him into the media, legal and congressional brier patch. Remember Brr Rabbit says, "Please oh please do anything you want to me Brr Fox, but don't throw me in that brier patch!" Already Gordon has been on Coast to Coast and Dan says Jack is scheduled in the near future and then he Dan may follow. Dan even suggested that I might want to get into the act to play my part and has encouraged me to write this article.

These intelligence rascals and even the skeptics never learn. Anybody who points out to them that their character, thoughts and emotions are being played and orchestrated daily by one of the best counterintelligence men the CIA has to offer, still believe Ron when he tells them that the accuser is nuts! Brr Rabbit stuck it to Brr Fox time and time again because Brr Fox never learned to distrust what Brr Rabbit was saying and instead watch and learn from what he was doing. Gorden Novel is just the latest of the Brr Foxes to be double crossed and tricked by Ron to serve his and his handlers political agenda.

Gorden now admits he has been tricked and used by Ron.

David's using me as his whipping boy in his historical claim to fame like the Flame for Fame Jackal tried to do until my son and some of my friends got his go away while you still can attention is about to get legally speaking for him very dangerous. You also owed me the right of rebuttal before you wrote that fallacious and salacious "RU" hatchet job. This interview would have gone a lot smoother without the pseudo "Reality Uncovered" sandbag job piece and your e-mails clearly supporting Jack's libelous attacks if you really were interested in getting to the truth. You need to remove that specious crap, rant, and diatribe off my overall web site or this is going to be a very tough interview for you. "Once burned - twice shy". In response to the above I wrote back.

"Hi Gordon thanks for putting me in the loop. I think you did a very good assessment of the mistakes you made with Ron. As long as a person realizes that Ron is a master of gamesmanship and a clever sociopath that so plagues the beltway mentality, he can be worked with. One just has to remember in his world people and friendships are considered political currency to be used, abused and everybody is expendable. I suspect while this may work well in Washington politics elements of the military may have a quite different perspective on how friends and fellow comrades should be treated.

The beltway bandits moral compass of course is seriously flawed based on the assumption that the end justifies the means. That's a very fundamental error and character flaw individually and collectively because in truth the means creates or is the end. Destructive means eventually corrupt the most admirable of ends.

As long as a person understands that Ron creates friendships and associations to be used to his political advantage and played one against one another on a continuous basis then as long as one is always watching their back a person can stay safe. Forget this and as you have seen the price must be paid. I doubt that Ron has any real friends with Dan Smith being the closest to being a real friend but even Dan knows Ron is his handler and a CIA asset but others like yourself don't realize that or tend to forget the fact. Once you interact with Ron you are being used as a expendable asset, that's just the reality of being in any association with Ron.

The phone conversation I had with Ron quite a while back involved Ron sizing up a number of characters in this intelligence network. It was obvious to me that once Ron has figured out a persons character, mind and emotions he knows how to brilliantly manipulate that person to his advantage and he does that on a continuous basis and that is why he has risen to the top of the CIA and Washington politics.

Ron spent a lot of time helping you build up RAM as a valuable CIA asset and poker chip to be played in a high stakes game of political poker. Now think about that and try to figure out what's his game. Don't trust what he says without verification from other sources. I think this apparent double cross is a tactical move in response to getting concessions from the Cartel corporations. I don't expect him to completely blow up such a valuable asset, just make it look that way to the Cartel in just another political maneuver. Remember he knows what you are going to do even before you think of doing it. He knows you inside and out and exactly how you will react when provoked to play out the role assigned to you by him.

If Brr Fox paid more attention to what Brr Rabbit was doing and less to what he was saying he would not have been the butt of Brr Rabbits tricks so often. Unfortunately Brr Fox never learns like so many other folks who foolishly believe the talk and get taken in. He knows how to play Jack just as well as he does you and I wonder if Jack has any idea of how well Ron manipulates him. Ed"

I agree with Gordon that Jack Sarfatti, Ron's principle attack dog, has been deliberately unleashed against the now poverty stricken Gorden Novel and his RAM group. But Gordon, that's not the half of it, because undoubtedly Ron the past several years has been covertly feeding Jacks anger and resentment to use against you and RAM at the appropriate time. I assume he has also been feeding the skepticism at Reality Uncovered as well.

It is an undisputed fact that Ron has been devoting large amounts of his valuable time over the past several years to help Gordon his loyal bulldog build RAM. In a phone conversation Gordon says that he has been in touch with Ron the past several years almost daily. This is confirmed by Dan Smith who let it slip to me in a recent phone conversation that he is just a tad bit resentful for all the attention Gordon has been getting from Ron. :-)

Dan says as far as he knows in a recent phone conversation, that in the public domain he and Gordon have received the most attention from Ron than anybody and they both have become important key CIA assets with Ron as their handler. The important difference between Dan and Gordon until recently is that Dan knows he is being adroitly manipulated and Gordon did not. Gordon mistakenly believed that Ron and the Washington politicians have a correct moral compass that guides their gamesmanship. Now he pays the price for not realizing that in the Beltway, the false idea that the end justifies the means, is wildly rampant in political gamesmanship and maybe instead of plotting revenge Gordon should be flattered for being screwed? :-)

So why in the world would Ron go to all this trouble to build up RAM only to inexplicably blow it up? I believe this question can only be answered by enlarging our perspective to the degree that the answer becomes obvious. Critical to this enlargement of perspective is to understand the way high stakes politics works and Ron is inadvertently being my teacher just as I am inadvertently his CIA asset. Just as important are some important assumptions and facts.

How many folks remember when Ron appeared before Congress and blew up an illegal corporate technology transfer to China during the Clinton administration that was a severe national security threat? Here is a tiny but very important ti-bit of information that speaks volumes as to who Ron's handlers are. After the s--- hit the fan Dan received a call from Ron's wife telling Dan that she had received a call from a very important Committee Chairman telling her not to worry and that things were not as they seemed and Ron was not in trouble. At the time Dan could hear Ron yelling at his wife not to tell Dan this. Obviously Ron's whistle-blowing was being orchestrated at the highest levels. (See first link in this article.)

Dan and I now suspect that this past covert operation run out of the halls of Congress was a precursor to Ron's CIA activities today as point man and congressional briefer in all matters extraterrestrial. My guess is that Ron could be coordinating the activities of all the secret stakeholders with the three main stakeholders being the Cartel, Congress and Executive Branch, and the Military.

If my source in my ET integration articles is correct this may be orchestrated through a Top Secret Contact Committee, http://exopolitics.blogspot.com/2010/02/integration-into-et-reality-part-2.html which makes sense as this is much bigger issue than any single committee in Congress can tackle. Dan says Ron is one of the very few people who does not have to go by strict limiting protocols and can walk in and meet any member of Congress as he pleases, freely.

I might be possible that Ron is coordinating Secret Contact Committee disclosure efforts. If these other sources are correct humanity's integration into extraterrestrial society is so far along that he may be involved in many other extraterrestrial related things like ET trade, cultural exchanges, scientific and technology efforts, etc. etc. as well. Ron would not want any of his assets moving over and coordinating with any maverick operations being run by the Navy. I expect Ron to do his best to attempt to keep CIA control over all things extraterrestrial as best he can.

I hope that Ron's Congressional handlers have a little more moral authority than Ron himself. My father used to have a man like Ron working for him that was always stirring up trouble amongst the rest of the staff playing people against off each other for entertainment unless he was kept busy. Ron strikes me as that sort of person that might have to be taken to the woodshed from time to time by his Congressional handlers, else his gamesmanship gets totally out of control. Meanwhile he and his confusing antics on the Internet undoubtedly remain a very useful asset in the Intelligence Wars centered around UFO/ET disclosure.

Intelligence Product for Policymakers

I can see that my blog is evolving into a intelligence product for global UFO/ET policy makers as I receive more and more attention from policy makers and global UFO/ET underground groups. It's true that I must use material gleaned from public sources. This makes the accuracy of the information not as good as information furnished to policy makers with special access, but there are benefits to be derived from a second honest transparent opinion.

At least this intelligence product is honest, and I think that counts for something. I believe products such as mine can be used by global policymakers as a kind of spin trap for official agencies and think tanks. Most agencies have their own individual agendas and may manipulate policymakers through selective and misleading releases of UFO/ET information. It's not just us at the grass roots that have a credibility problem with official or unofficial briefings on extraterrestrial realities.

Now that I am in contact with enough underground groups around the globe, I think that I can work with these groups to coordinate a summary intelligence briefing for policy makers from public sources and from the expertise provided to me by these underground groups. As this concept evolves I think more groups will come on board and maybe some kind of open transparent organization or institution could be developed to assist global policy makers in their efforts to focus on UFO/ET related issues of major and minor importance.

I think the four major UFO/ET issues are: The overpopulation driven ELE (Extinction Level Event), UFO/ET disclosure and how to pay for it, International Security Issues related to trade with extraterrestrial races, and Consciousness issues. Some of the secondary issues are: Issues dealing with the secret space fleet's atomic reactors and Solar Warden's general effect on global security, Highly explosive issues dealing with Human Abductee Trafficking by covert groups, Regulating conflicts between Overt Regulatory Agencies and covert groups, Very Explosive Legal Issues dealing with questionable patents and patent infringement amongst corporations, Abuses related to maintaining a 70 year UFO/ET cover-up, The need for open transparent democratic global government to best address integration into UFO/ET realities, Issues related to extraterrestrial influence on global religions, Issues of corruption and criminal activities in covert operations, Avoiding global National Security Meltdowns, General societal restructuring to deal with UFO/ET issues, Conversion to cheap clean exotic energy sources, conversion to aerial anti-gravity transportation, issues dealing with lifetime extension, etc, etc.

As I begin to define these issues I see why extraterrestrial integration and disclosure has become a policy makers nightmare, and why second tier policy makers recently briefed, appear as deer in a tunnel, staring into the headlights of a oncoming train. There has got to be a great amount of hand wringing and denial in legitimate legislative bodies around the world and at the UN over how to confront all these highly explosive issues simultaneously being dumped into their laps by top tier policy makers.

As can be imagined all four of these major issues and the numerous secondary issues are intimately intertwined in a complex exopolitical web of relationships amongst ourselves and the various extraterrestrial races. Our short lifespans in relation to many ET races may be an obstacle to our collective evolution, but there are some benefits to having short lifespans, one being our ability to adapt quickly, once we become aware of both threats and opportunities posed by integration into ET reality. In fact it was the Conformers who commented to Source A that one of the most interesting things about our race was our almost unprecedented evolution the past couple hundred years.

As we understand it from our source this would mean "unprecedented technological evolution" with regards to the human specie. Of the four major issues, I think AF exopolitics.blogspot.com/2010/ addressed the ELE issue quite well, as have Clay and Shawn Pickering in their posts to OM. In previous articles I have been talking about the security issues related to ET trade as well as disclosure issues. As for the forth major issue of higher consciousness, many years ago I addressed this issue which I may need to summarize in yet another article for policy makers. In my opinion this issue of vertical integration into higher consciousness is the most important issue relating to the future of the human race. Lateral integration into UFO/ET reality is not sufficient to bring about a bright future for humanity as is hinted at in the above comment by Clay and Shawn.

In the above article, AF also hit upon a very important secondary issue that seems to be playing itself out that relates to legal regulatory agencies colliding with covert operations. In this case it seems to be the UN's IAEA en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ colliding with OSW (Office of Solar Warden) over atomic reactors in spacecraft. This has got to be just the tip of the iceberg as to what can happen in other areas like the issue of human trafficking of abductees by the NSA and other agencies in the American Government.

When UN and national agencies involved in human trafficking en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_trafficking and human rights and international criminal investigative groups like Interpol en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Interpol start investigating this human trafficking issue along with criminal and corruption investigations associated with a 70 year UFO/ET cover-up, the NSA, CIA and the Mossad are sure to fight back even more vigorously than with Space Fleet issue. Things could get very bloody and violent very quickly unless global policy makers take remedial action soon.

If folks think that the above is explosive enough just think about the violent infighting that can erupt over patent and patent infringement among corporations when all these exotic patents are up for question because their histories have been fabricated. In the absence of rule of law, transparency and overt regulation, arbitration and lawsuits, the only recourse for corporations involved in turf battles may be to use private armies against other corporations. Talk about a policy maker's nightmare. This transition to the rule of law, in a up to now frontier arena, is not going to be easy.

I would like to get back to this issue of atomic reactors in spacecraft for a moment. I have been thinking a lot about this the past few days. The first thing I remembered was the Cash-Landrum Case www.nicap.org/cashlanrep2.htm that occurred in the early 1980s. Then I got to thinking that I had seen material somewhere the past 40 years about putting atomic reactors into spacecraft to power the powerful magnetic and electrogravitic fields www.bibliotecapleyades.net/ciencia needed to propel the craft.

Then I thought about Bob Lazar www.thewhyfiles.net/boblazar.htm and his claims that the military was having trouble understanding the power-plants on alien spacecraft, even while they were gaining understanding of the magnetic and electrogravitic propulsion systems. Keep in mind that Bob was a Navy guy and there is considerable evidence that the Navy has been very involved in trying to understand how the exotic power plants on alien craft worked in order to replicate them. It is just not the Air Force involved in all this.

This sent me back through my old standby book of obscure facts on UFO/ET, the book UFO Crash Aztec, and I hit pay-dirt. This also explains why the Navy seems to have dual or operational control over the Secret Space Fleet code named Solar Warden. The Navy has plenty of experience in building, maintaining and operating small compact nuclear reactors for Navy ships and submarines. Keep in mind that this seems to be written in the late 1970's with the Cash-Landrum case happening soon afterward.

I think folks will find this page 366 on Operation Y in the book very interesting indeed. "Now that the military had recovered some UFO "hardware", the next step was to attempt to build something like this for themselves, as close as possible to that advanced technology associated with the originals. The philosophy behind the attempted duplication project was, "the first country on Earth to discover the secret behind that advanced technology upon which the principles of the flying saucer is based, would assuredly become untouchable as far as military power is concerned." Okay folks there you have it. Lets try to look at the Solar Warden issue in a larger historical context. In the 1920s and 1930s Germany was working on two parallel aerospace programs, a overt conventional one and a covert unconventional one.

These two parallel very competitive aeronautics-aerospace effort that began in Germany have continued to this day in the United States and Russia.

In the United States and allied countries, I believe Solar Warden exopolitics.blogspot.com/2009/05/ has been the result or end product of the unconventional line of aeronautics-aerospace research. In both parallel efforts Russia seems to have fallen far behind, leaving the U.S. and its allies the undisputed king of the hill. It would seem that the conventional space fleet has become obsolete and is being dismantled remaining as only an expensive public relations exercise to hide the covert unconventional space fleet with bases reported already on the Moon and Mars. (There is lots of disinformation right now being pumped into the UFO community about this Mars base or colony in order to ofuscate the issue just as with SERPO.) This is a really good example how one very serious issue is complexly interwoven into other major UFO/ET related issues that policymakers must try to sort out and understand.

I think there is great hope and promise that humanity will be able to quickly adapt to these extraordinary challenges. We seem to be at our best with our backs to the wall. When our individual and collective survival is at stake, we have shown time and time again the ability to quickly adapt to a crisis once it is obvious and upon us.
