Lettre ouverte à l'Association des correspondants de la Maison Blanche

"La citation ci-dessus est gravée sur une plaque offerte au National Press Club en 1962 par l'Ecole de journalisme de Columbia', à l'occasion du 50ème anniversaire de l'école. Elle en dit long en peu de mots, et ça n'a jamais été aussi vrai qu'aujourd'hui.

Les journalistes qui, semaine après semaine, occupent la salle de presse installée dans l'aile gauche, ont davantage accès à l'administration éxécutive des Etats-Unis que tous les reporters du monde réunis. Ceux qui sont en contact avec les Secrétariats d'Etat et de la Défense ont l'énorme responsabilité de protéger les intérêts publics en s'assurant que leurs politiques sont bien conduites. S'ils ne parvenaient pas à s'assurer que le public est correctement informé, alors la nation, le peuple et la presse – iraient tous ensemble à leur perte.

Il est évident que les Etats-Unis sont en déclin sur de nombreux fronts, et les medias n'ont pas fait leur travail. L'échec de la presse politique est particulièrement patent en ce qu'elle n'a pas su couvrir comme elle le devait, dans les années 40, un phénomène aérien non-identifié qui représentait un évènement mondial. A mesure que les années ont passé, et que les preuves se sont accumulées pour confirmer qu'il s'agissait d'un phénomène non-terrestre, qui ne relevait pas de l'activité humaine, l'Association des correspondants de la Maison Blanche a gardé le silence.

Bien que de multiples témoins se soient fait connaître - employés du gouvernement, officiers de l'armée, contrôleurs aériens, policiers, astronautes, pilotes, ou membre de la communauté du renseignement - l'Association des correspondants de la Maison Blanche a gardé le silence.

Lorsque d'autres nations ont publié des rapports dans ce sens, tel que le COMETA français en 2000, et diffusé des milliers de dossiers jusqu'alors classifiés, en coopération avec des organisations de recherches privées, de leur côté les administrations des Etats-Unis n'ont rien fait et l'Association des correspondants de la Maison Blanche a gardé le silence.

Lorsqu'un personnage politique de premier plan, tel que John Podesta, l'ancien conseiller et Chef de cabinet de Clinton, a réclamé – à deux reprises au National Press Club – la diffusion de tous les documents Ovnis détenus par le gouvernement, l'Association des correspondants de la Maison Blanche n'a pas posé de questions.

Lorsque Bill Richardson, ancien député, ambassadeur aux Nations-Unies, Secrétaire à l'Energie, candidat à la Présidence et Gouverneur du Nouveau-Mexique, a écrit que l'explication fournie par l'Air Force au sujet des évènement de Roswell, en juillet 1947, n'était pas satisfaisante, et demandé que tous les dossiers du gouvernement en relation avec cet incident soient publiés, l'Association des correspondants de la Maison Blanche n'a pas posé de questions.

Encore plus dérangeant est le fait que le milliardaire Laurance Rockefeller, proche de Bill et Hillary Clinton, a consacré trois ans de sa vie (1993-1996) à tenter de convaincre le Président Clinton de publier tous les documents Ovnis qui sont aux mains du gouvernement, d'accorder l'amnistie aux fonctionnaires qui étaient prêts à témoigner, et de mettre fin à l'embargo sur la vérité concernant la présence extraterrestre qui concerne toute l'espèce humaine.

Treize ans après l'échec de cette initiative, pas un seul membre de l'Association des correspondants de la Maison Blanche n'a posé la moindre question à ce sujet à l'un ou l'autre des influents personnages politiques qui étaient au courant et/ou s'étaient trouvés impliqués : Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, John Podesta, Leon Panetta, Albert Gore, Jr., Bill Richardson, le Dr. John Gibbons, et d'autres encore.

A présent des quantités de lettres, de faxs et d'emails continuent d'affluer vers l'Association des correspondants de la Maison Blanche, leur demandant de redécouvrir le rôle du Quatrième Pouvoir, et de confronter l'attitude de l'Etat qui travestit la réalité depuis maintenant 62 ans. Il ne sera pas nécessaire, bien que ce soit souhaitable, que tous les représentants de la presse se lèvent en même temps – mais que seulement quelques uns trouvent le courage de placer le droit de savoir du public en tête de leurs priorités, et lui fasse bénéficier de cette position privilégiée dans la salle de presse."

The exopolitics debate heats up

Within the framework of the exopolitical advocacy underway "Disclosure" is defined simply as the "formal acknowledgement by world governments of an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race."  Most would agree that day will be a pretty big deal.

As the Disclosure event nears it is not surprising that people who have considerable emotional investment in the UFO/ET issue are becoming excitable.   This will likely continue and intensify.     Before too many hyperventilate and pass out all together it might be useful to visit again what exopolitics is and is not.

Exopolitics is simply a new field of study - one that might more appropriately be called "exopolitical science" – and any chemistry or physics major will tell you, like political science, exopolitical science is not really a science. No surprise there.   

“Political science” is an academic field of study and “politics” has a more personal, grass roots usage.  The same will be the case with the new genre. However, without the mainstream academic study of “exopolitical science,” the term "exopolitics" is presently used in both capacities.

For now the terms “exopolitics” and “exopolitical science” are not yet recognized by standard dictionaries or encyclopedias, but they will be soon enough. Inculcation into mainstream curricula will take longer and will not happen until after Disclosure.  American colleges and universities are increasingly reactionary, electing to follow and not challenge either authority or the status quo.   Certainly the unwillingness of nearly 5000 institutions of higher learning to engage the UFO/ET issue over six decades is the greatest intellectual failure in history.   Tenure überall.

Is exopolitics a “movement?” 
Only in the sense that an effort is underway to place it into the aforementioned dictionaries, encyclopedias and colleges.   But there will be many exopolitical movements, initiatives, etc. with the Disclosure movement being the most important at this time.

Is exopolitics trying to replace ufology?
No.   Ufology is the scientific study of unidentified flying objects.    Exopolitics (exopolitical science) is the study of the social and political history, implications, projected future and engagement of the UFO/ET phenomenon.   Ufology, by proving the extraterrestrial hypothesis, helped trigger the emergence of exopolitics.  There are many instances in history when scientific developments generated great political implications.  This is another such instance.

Why is exopolitics important right now?
Further understanding of the UFO/ET phenomenon is blocked by a formal government policy of containment – the truth embargo.  Going forward requires changing this policy, and that is a political matter.

Will ufology and exopolitics ever be comfortable with each other?
Not likely.   The same tensions that exist between politics and science will be manifest in the new genre.  Pure science is a magnificent pathway to more precise understanding of the natural world.   Political science is a messy, murky, imprecise attempt to understand the actions of human beings in societies.   The raison d'etre of science is to develop theories and prove them.  In political science nothing is “proved.”   Human and institutional actions are observed, recorded and analyzed.  Some of this data might be used to “predict” future events, but with a precision closer to that of calling point spreads for college basketball games.
Nevertheless, government policy, however derived, has great impact on the lives of billions of people every day.  Government does not serve science, science serves government and is often abused by policies which are barely coherent let alone “scientific” in their application.

So, how is this new field of endeavor doing?
Not too bad all things considered.   If you were to study in any depth the earliest days of the emerging fields of physics, chemistry, astronomy, and yes, political science, you would find chaos, bizarre concepts, endless battles over every new idea, and even bloodshed.
In this instance there is the non-trivial fact the U. S. government deliberately worked to undermine the citizen science/activism, distort the process of understanding and withhold the truth.  An enormous pressure built up due to this “truth vacuum.”    Consequently, as the issue has moved toward resolution there has been a counterbalancing explosion of speculation and engagement of every aspect of the UFO/ET phenomenon and its history from every possible angle.  The pendulum has undoubtedly swung too far in the other direction as pendulums are wont to do.  Things will settle down with time.

What has been the most important contribution of exopolitics?
Its most important contribution has been the reaching out to the greater mass of people who do not care about the science of this phenomenon, but very much care about the governmental dysfunction behind the truth embargo and want to know what impact the UFO/ET issue will have on their lives and their country.
Recently, an exopolitics conference was held in Sitges, Spain near Barcelona.  Nearly 1400 people paid to attend and the average age of the attendees was between 30 and 35, which is much, much younger than audiences in the Unites States at this time for UFO/exopolitics conferences.  Exopolitics is spreading across Europe quickly because the truth embargo was not fully installed there.  Europe simply followed the U.S. lead with a minimum of internal propaganda targeting the issue.
So it is that we are in transition toward a political resolution of the truth embargo and the formal introduction to the world of the reality of an extraterrestrial, non-human (as we know human) presence engaging the planet Earth.  Think of it as a birthing process in which the labor has been going on for sixty-two years and the screams of the mother can be heard all the way to the moons of Jupiter.

Ufology vs. Exopolitics?
No.  Ufology and exopolitics.   Both are needed and both will be recognized for the contributions made.  So many researchers who worked decades to understand the phenomenon have passed without seeing the core acceptance of the truth of the matter.  When Disclosure takes places, there is no one in the UFO/ET realm that will not benefit.   
In times past activists were generally despised for being an unwanted nuisance and truly despised when they were right.  Whether or not they ever appreciate the exopolitical advocacy for Disclosure, the old guard researchers of ufology will be vindicated and be a presence in the post-Disclosure world.  The power of the World Wide Web will ensure this.   
The beauty of the coming paradigm shift in world view is that everyone crosses the paradigm line together.  No one is first.  No one is last.   Perhaps in this new world everyone will get along.

va dans le sens des demandeurs(nous) vers un destinaire.

Pourquoi ne pas éveiller la curiosité de ce destinaire
en lui faisant savoir que ses secrets militaires U.S sont disponibles sur internet et qu'ils sont disséminés partout
à l'image de virus informatique se baladant.
Des secrets faisant références aux ovnis/et bien entendus.

Si j'étais en possession de tels secrets , tel un renard tapis dans son terrier (pas un chacal)  j'aurais TOUT BALANCÉ anonymement sur le net depuis longtemps depuis un cyber-café.
Ainsi pas de gros blablas ,pas de sommet exopolitique ,
rien que du concret en .pdf.

Mais qu'attendent donc les militaires pour balancer les infos ovnis sur la toile C'est le meilleur moyen de foutre la m...e à mon avis et de faire sortir le loup du bois.

Denver UFO ballot initiative petitions filed

Over 7,000 petition signatures for the Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission ballot initiative were filed with the Denver Elections Division Friday, September 4. Of these, 3,973 valid signatures of registered Denver voters must be validated to qualify the initiative for the Denver election ballot.

If the Denver City Clerk and Recorder determines there are enough valid signatures, the measure will be certified for the ballot in 2010. If there are not enough valid signatures, the proponents of the measure will be given twenty-five more days as the "cure" period to collect the additional signatures needed.

The proposed ordinance states that the commission will be funded only by “grant, gifts, and donations” and not with Denver taxpayer money. If passed by the voters, the Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission   would collect and share with the public, credible evidence of extraterrestrial UFOs and intelligent life forms that have been visiting Earth. It would also refer people to the best public and private services if they want to report UFO sightings or close encounters with extraterrestrial intelligent beings.

Voter education about the Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission ballot initiative will begin with the Sept. 25-27 Galactic Gathering Conference on Extraterrestrial Civilizations. The conference will be in Denver at the Doubletree Hotel DTC. It will familiarize Denver residents with extraterrestrial civilizations. Jeff Peckman, author and spokesperson for the ballot initiative, will be the conference moderator

The Institute for the Study of Galactic Civilizations is hosting the “Galactic Gathering”. The event and its speakers will honor Dr. Maury Albertson, co-founder of the Peace Corps, and founding president of ISGC until his passing in January 2009. The purpose of the Institute for the Study of Galactic Civilizations (ISGC) is to educate the public about Earth's galactic visitors, their culture, and their influence on humanity.

The filing of petitions follows the worldwide media coverage of recently released UFO files from the UK and Russian Navy, along with the previous comment by Miyuki Hatoyama, Japan’s new first lady, of her soul’s trip to Venus on a UFO.

The UFO ballot initiative was inspired by the story of Stan Romanek and his encounters with extraterrestrial beings now described in his book “Messages - The World's Most Documented Extraterrestrial Contact Story”.

High praise was expressed for the petitioning volunteers and especially for Larry W. Bryant as the major donor to the petitioning campaign. Bryant is a columnist for UFO Magazine and a long time advocate for government disclosure of UFO evidence. Gratitude was also expressed for two other major donors, Bill and Nancy Birnes, publisher and editor of UFO Magazine.
